Figure SB15. Bioptical modalities are also applied to 3D shapes (sculptures).
The reproduction shows a model with two superimposed shapes, no longer called fields but bioptical spaces. At first sight, the two shapes seem identical, but they are differentiated in the same way as paintings. Visual superposition also results in bioptical colour combinations, modifications of the shapes which seem dilated, and apparent displacements of some static elements. There appears a structure with diversified colours and a different dilated structure, with unstable moving parts. We have called this phenomenon the passage to a plastic hyperspace.
